For clarity we have established a number of terms and conditions and by making use of our website you are agreeing to be legally bound by them. That makes them very important to us and to you, so please take a moment to read through them. If you disagree with the terms and conditions set out below please do not continue to shop on our website. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time, only current Terms and conditions at the time of your order will apply.
How to Order:
All orders can be placed via the shop on line website or by telephone. When placing an order for products it is important to have all the correct information, make sure you have measured any affected body part correctly and in accordance with the instructions on the measurement chart on the technical sheet. All orders are subject to availability and we will call you if your order is considered a ‘special order’.

If any item is unavailable when we receive your order, we will aim to contact you via your e-mail address or phone within a minimum of 3 working days.
Method of Payment:
We accept ALL MAJOR CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card and the address exactly as it appears on the card statement. Items will however only be dispatched once the payment has been received.
All products on www.Abilitystore.co.uk on line shop are priced in UK-£ and include or exclude Vat (dependant on the completion of the VAT relief form) as the majority of our customers claim relief from Vat.
Abilitystore have a variable delivery charge starting at £2.95. This delivery charge will be added to your order in the shop checkout area.
We will endeavour to despatch goods as promptly as possible. The maximum period of delivery should be 14 days. We will do our best to inform you of any delay or change to the delivery time.
Exchange of Product:
We will exchange the products for a different size subject to the returns procedure above, but delivery would be recharged if applicable.
14 Day Money Back Guarantee:
We recognise that it may sometimes be difficult to purchase a product over the internet, especially when you are only looking at a picture and description of a product. Also due to the nature of some conditions you will need to try out the product to see that it works for you. So we offer a fourteen day money back guarantee.
It is very simple, if you do not like the goods or you find them not suitable for your needs then just arrange to send them back to us in the original packing and as new condition for a ‘no quibble' refund (This refund does not include the return delivery charge). The fourteen days start from the day the goods are received by you.
The only thing that we insist on is that we receive the request for a refund in writing, an email is fine and also that we receive the goods back in the condition they arrived with, you make sure that you repack the product well and into the packaging the product arrived in. If returned goods are not repacked properly you may incur a 25% repacking/restocking charge, after all we do have to resell the goods! After examination of the returned item a refund will be credited to your card account within 14 days.
Note: This returns policy excludes ‘Special Order Items’ as described above, Personal Hygiene products and Computer Software where the seal has been broken.
Returning Items by Mail:
Pack up the return securely in the original packaging and include the delivery note. Goods must be returned delivery paid and for your security we recommend that you use recorded delivery or a courier service.

All of our products carry a manufacturer's warranty, this is passed directly to the purchaser. We have no control over the terms of the warranty however if any product is faulty on delivery, we will swap out or refund in full, subject to our returns policy. We will do our best to rectify any problem with any product that we supply however we are in the hands of the manufacturers of the product and will support you with the repair or replacement under the terms of the manufacturers warranty.
We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. Training and installation of products:
For the major part specialised training may not be required on many of our products, but when needed full specialised training is provided by us or by the use of specialised trainers within the locality of your home or workplace.
Wherever it is required we will deliver and give initial training on items sold and training for any item sold may be purchased at a very reasonable cost along with the delivery of the item. We specialise in PC training for the visually impaired.
